David Beckham Pushing For Ronaldinho At Los Angeles Galaxy, But Milan Offer New Deal - Agent

David Beckham is pushing Ronaldinho to join Los Angeles Galaxy, but Milan are offering him a new and improved deal, claims the Brazilian's brother and agent Roberto De Assis.

The playmaker's future is hanging in the balance, but he is prepared to sit down with Milan CEO Adriano Galliani to discuss the way forward. His current deal expires in 2011 and the club are not keen on losing him for free next term.

De Assis claims a new deal is on the horizon, but should that bare no fruit, his brother will consider offers from elsewhere.

And Beckham is showing his hand as he tries to push 'Dinho into becoming the latest star to quit Europe for the USA following Thierry Henry's move to New York Red Bulls.

"Milan have proposed a new deal until 2013 and we said we will speak about this in December," De Assis is quoted as saying on Calcionews24.com.

"Nothing has changed for us. We will not talk with other clubs if Milan maintain their line. We have good relations with Milan, and my brother wants to remain there.

"The MLS? We met many people in the USA and for sure Beckham is pressing for 'Dinho to move there soon.

"If we don't find an agreement with Milan then it [MLS] could be an option for next season."

Sky Sport Italia reports both 'Dinho and his brother will arrive in Milan on Sunday where they will meet Galliani to share ideas for the future.

On Thursday Galliani said: "Ronaldinho is not going anywhere," confirming the club's wishes to keep him on.
