Agent Of Olympique Marseille's Hatem Ben Arfa Opens Milan Door

Hatem Ben Arfa's agent Frederic Guerra has welcomed the interest of Milan as he looks to find a new club for the Olympique Marseille winger.

The Rossoneri were linked with Ben Arfa after Marseille made it clear he could leave, and Guerra has set out the conditions with which a deal can develop.

Marseille coach Didier Deschamps has said the club have "no money to spend" this summer, suggesting a need to sell was necessary.

"I think he is an important player, very technnical and he could add to the quality of Milan's midfield," the agent told Ilsussidiario.net.

"He would like to play for a club like Milan in the San Siro in front of 75,000 people."

But the price tag is likely to knock back interest from Milan.

"How much is he worth today? €8 million," said Guerra.

Milan have been linked with an array of players in midfield - an area that has come under the attention of coach Massimiliano Allegri.

Earlier reports claimed the Rossoneri would be keeping Gennaro Gattuso, such is the need to keep the middle of the park intact.
